Our story

Built by a property manager, for property managers.

In June 2025, Nicole Rémy was in a staff meeting at Remy Properties. Her team was dealing with a string of failing washing machines — machines they kept replacing without knowing when they were installed, who had serviced them, or whether they were still under warranty.

Her maintenance manager said, “We should just be able to look all this up.” Nicole asked, “What if you could scan a QR code and see the whole lifecycle of that asset?” He said, “Yeah, but who’s going to build that?”

“I’m going to build it.”

Two weeks later she had a working prototype. Today her team uses Pelly every day and has tracked more than 500 assets. Pelly was born from real property management pain — not a pitch deck.
